Apply and sign up online
When you select ‘Apply Now’ you will be guided through our straightforward online application process and asked to digitally sign your credit agreement. The whole application process should only take a few minutes.

Your school will advise us of your fees
Your school will advise us of the exact amount of your fees for the current academic year and once we confirm approval for that amount, you will then receive a written payment schedule from School Fee Plan confirming the dates and amounts of your monthly repayments.

We pay the fees due to your school
Upon completion of the online application, we may need to contact you for additional information to complete the sign-up process and once received we will confirm your loan, subject to our final checks.
At authorisation, confirmation of your Direct Debit instruction and your schedule of payments will be sent to you no later than 5 working days before your first payment date. We will make payment of your fees directly to your school at the start of each term.

You repay us in monthly instalments by Direct Debit
We appreciate that fees may fluctuate during the academic year so your school may advise of any reductions or additions, usually on a termly basis to reflect your most recent invoice.
We will make the necessary adjustments to reflect this in your monthly payments, but rest assured that we will always send you written notice of any changes no later than 5 working days before your next payment.

No need to re-apply for the next academic year
If you wish, your school can renew the agreement for you, subject to satisfactory checks, if required.
